THE PRACTICE

what’s next

is already forming.

in a world of advice and quick fixes, adjacent offers a witness, someone who stays present to your story, helps you name what is unfolding, and walks with you into what’s next.

WHO

whether you’re an artist, a business owner, or still trying to figure it out, there is always more to grow into. we all need help. the problem is that most of us wait until it’s too late, or worse, never ask.

WHY

true change doesn’t come from systems alone, but from the connections we foster with each other. when we see each other fully, listen deeply, and act with empathy, we create the kind of change that lasts.

HOW

whether you’re navigating a career pivot, seeking deeper personal integration, or stepping into a new version of you, we meet right where you are and walk with you toward what is possible.

a life architecture practice

the work is structural.

architecture is the practice of designing space for how life is meant to be lived in it.

“a life architecture practice does the same for a person: it looks at the shape of your days, your seasons, your commitments, and asks what you’re actually building.”

— Jace Tuttle

blueprint

it’s closer to sitting down with a builder over the blueprint of your own life, asking where the load-bearing walls are, what wants more light, and what was put there by someone else and never questioned.

frame

we’re looking at how the house is framed, and whether it’s framed for the life you’re actually trying to live.

practice

a house is never finished being lived in. this isn’t a one-time diagnosis or a weekend intensive that fixes you, it’s a rhythm you return to as the life keeps unfolding and the blueprint keeps changing.

not rearranging furniture surface adjustments that leave the frame untouched. reframing the house changing what the structure is built to hold.

the integrity
practice journal.

five honest questions for noticing where your life is aligned, where it feels strained, and what may need your attention next.

a short, printable pdf you can sit with in about thirty minutes, or return to at the end of a hard week.

  • nine pages, designed to be printed or written into.
  • five prompts, plus an integration page and a next honest step.
  • no fluff, no shame, no five-step plan.

HOW THIS WORKS

four containers.

one practice.

every engagement begins with a free connection call. twenty minutes, no forms, no pitch. we find out if this is the right room for what you're carrying. if it is, we choose the container that matches the weight of your question.

what stays constant across all four: sessions are focused, honest, and practical. abstract motivation is useless. this is about thinking clearly, feeling deeply, and finding what's missing to make decisions. then, we move.

WHAT WE WORK THROUGH

change rarely arrives

with clear instructions.

whether you feel stuck, uncertain, or on the edge of something new, coaching gives you a space to sort through the noise and move forward with intention.

01

when you feel stuck

if something in your life or work feels stalled, we’ll identify what’s actually holding you in place. not just the surface problem, but the patterns, assumptions, and pressures underneath it. from there, we build practical ways to regain momentum.

02

when you don’t know where to start

big ideas can feel paralyzing without a clear starting point. together, we break things down into manageable steps, helping you move from “i want to” to “i’m doing” without overcomplicating the process.

03

when self-doubt creeps in

that question, “who am i to do this?” can quietly shut down progress. coaching helps you challenge that narrative, gain clarity, find your voice, and step into your next thing.

04

when you’re navigating change

transitions can feel disorienting, even when they’re positive. if you’re between chapters, ending one phase and stepping into another, we’ll help you make sense of where you are, what’s shifting, and how to move forward with clarity.

WITNESS

to bear witness is more than being noticed. it’s being known. it’s the moment someone looks past the performance, past the roles you play, and recognizes what’s real in you.
— Jace Tuttle

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

focused. honest.

practical.

our sessions are focused, honest, and practical. abstract motivation is useless. this is about helping you think clearly, feel deeply, and find what is missing to make decisions. then, we move.

focused

one thread per session. no scope creep.

honest

the real question, not the performative one.

practical

you leave with something you can carry.

present

full attention, both directions.

SCOPE + BOUNDARIES

protect the work.

how we

our sessions are focused, honest, and practical. abstract motivation is useless. this is about helping you think clearly, feel deeply, and find what is missing to make decisions. then, we move.

your notes, your record

you are encouraged to take your own notes during and after each session. anything you want to hold onto is yours to keep. this is your material, your language, and your record. it belongs with you.

between sessions

between sessions, the work is yours. if something urgent surfaces, we handle it in our next scheduled time.

one arc per container

each package holds one central thread. new arcs are honored, and booked as their next container.

sessions are prepaid

the naming, the sorting, and the middle are prepaid in full. the long walk is prepaid or on a payment plan set at kickoff.

rescheduling

sessions may be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice. inside 24 hours, the session holds its place on the calendar.

confidentiality

everything shared stays here. anonymized patterns may inform how the practice grows; identifying details never leave the room.

cancellation

the middle and the long walk may be paused once by mutual agreement. refunds are prorated to sessions completed.

CONNECT

it starts with

a connection call.

whether you need help overcoming a mindset obstacle, help organizing your life to do the things you’ve dreamed up, or just need someone to bounce ideas off of, it starts with a connection call.
